PregActive X SISJ MUMS & BUBS/PREGNANCY CLASSES

Three babies, years of fertility treatments, several rounds of IVF, and over 30kg of weight gained/almost lost in five years… I’m EXHAUSTED, but I’m READY TO RUMBLE! The gratitude that I feel towards my body, for growing and birthing all three of my children, goes without saying. However, I’m ready to sculpt and rebuild this temple of mine and get those endorphins racing! #MUMLIFE has never been so hectic and the importance of some ME TIME, is now a non-negotiable. I hope by teaming-up with Kerryn, we can connect and empower like-minded mums and mums-to-be!

I recently featured some fantastic prenatal and postnatal classes available around Melbourne on the blog, which included PregActive by Kerryn Boyle. I met Kerryn through a school friend about 14 years ago when we were both studying at uni. Kerryn is the Founder of PregActive, The PregActive Movement and PregAqua. She has over 10 years of extensive experience in women’s health and fitness specialising in pregnancy and postpartum exercise. Kerryn’s areas of expertise include safe exercise during pregnancy and postpartum care and recovery focusing on functional core strength, diastasis recti and pelvic floor. Kerryn holds a Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sport Science, is a qualified Prenatal and Postpartum Pilates and Yoga instructor specialising in women’s health, diastasis recovery and pelvic floor. She also has a smile that lights up the room and is a lovely, lovely person!

PregActive Australia is all about the health of the mother; because a healthy mother is so important to the development of a healthy baby and a healthy family. AMEN! PregActiveclasses are designed to keep you strong and mobile throughout your pregnancy, specifically designed to prepare you for labour, birth and motherhood.

PregActive X SISJ CLASSES // I’ve already had a lot of interest on my social media channels about potentially running some mums & bubs/pregnancy classes around the bayside area, so if this is something that interests you, please email your EOI > info@sheissarahjane.com.au. We are currently looking at a venue in Elwood and times/days TBC – we will try our best to work around nap times! This will be a SAFE and EMPOWERING place, where you can come and meet other like-minded women and receive the very best in prenatal and postnatal training.
