…”Because every picture tells a story…” – and this is just the beginning of our Mamma-Maxi love story.

While this little dude will outgrow my lap, my heart just keeps expanding on the daily – THE OBSESSION IS REAL! I regret very little in my life, but one of the few things I do regret, is not stopping to take it ALL IN when MG was a baby. I was so focussed on establishing a routine and surviving #NEWMOMLIFE (#andformysanity), that I blinked and she was one! I worried too much about having a perfectly tidy home, the washing done, what leap we were in, what milestone we were working towards, and getting my own work done. This time around, I still have all of these things on the ‘life admin/to do (eventually!) list’, but I’ve learnt to relax a little more around routine and to soak-up EVERY SINGLE MOMENT. After the last two years of hell to get here, we are DONE! No more babies, this shop is shut. Life is now about LIVING and LOVING to the fullest, and naturally that equals capturing some beautiful moments along the way!

I am so excited to #MAXISPAM you all with these gorgeous images by Nicole Paspaliaris (Nicole Pas Photography). I have known Nic since I was a wee lass (13 yrs old to be exact!), as she is the big sis of one of my best friends. Nicole is a mum to two young children and works in the visual merchandising/fashion industry, and is now pouring her heart and soul (and every spare second, which isn’t many!) into her photography business. Nicole – YOUR ARE KILLING IT GURRRL! These images bring the happiest tears to my eyes! Thank you for documenting these moments with my son – I will cherish these forever and ever.
